About the Role
We’re seeking an enthusiastic entry-level Customer Support Specialist to join our growing Implementation Team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them solve problems, answer questions, and achieve success with our software. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in the construction technology space.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, zoom, phone, and chat.
- Provide step-by-step guidance to help users navigate our platform and resolve issues.
- Troubleshoot basic technical problems and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to improve internal processes and product development.
- Assist Implementation Specialists with onboarding new customers by providing resources and answering questions.
- Help prepare slides for presentations.
- Assist with scheduling and email management including customer demo-box creation.
- Collaborate with the product and business development teams to ensure customers’ needs are addressed.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy with all customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to learn and explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
- Comfortable using tools such as Hubspot (or other CRM), Slack, Zoom, and G-suite – including Google Slides, Docs, and Sheets.
- Interest in construction technology.
