We’re remote friendly, so only half of us work at our Oakland, California headquarters. While technology gives us the flexibility to work remotely, we believe that in-person gatherings still matter, so we gather the team several times a year.

We offer four weeks of PTO per year on top of federal holidays. We also close for one week during August and one week between Christmas and New Year’s Day. And finally, we offer 12 weeks of parental leave.
